another xfactor course question

John talks about "exact phrase" search numbers in his course. That is confusing to me. Looking at google external keyword tool, you have "broad", "phrase", and "exact".. I am not a Micro Niche Finder user (I use Market Sam.) so I find that definition confusing.

Can John or someone clarify please.

    Use "Exact" when using MS. This is what I use to research the keywords for the sites I lease out.

    Yeah, MS has all these as well. You can use phrase for traffic potential and exact for competition analysis.
