Check robots.txt file if not block there then submit sitemap on webmaster tool and use Fetch as Google option to index your inner pages.

A hashtag is a jump link for a single webpage.

Example, these are all the same webpage:
    • domain.com/ice-cream#chocolate
    • domain.com/ice-cream#vanilla
    • domain.com/ice-cream#strawberry

So, from what you've said here, you have one webpage on your host. So, you have one webpage indexed. There's no internal page/s to index.

Avoid javascript for anything you want index/crawled by Google.
