I've been doing some research about SEO and it looks tricky to me.

Do SEO jobs need manpower? Do I have to hire people for this if I have projects?

Hope somebody can give me an idea.. thanks guys! God bless!

  • I'm not sure if I understand you correctly but its sounding like you are wondering whether it is better to hire someone to do the SEO or to go at it yourself? In my opinion it is something anyone can do themselves but it takes some time to learn to do it properly. I suppose this goes for most jobs in most industries.

Just take a stab at doing a small wordpress site and see if its something you like or can even handle. If its too much work then you can always hire a contractor to handle it for you while you build up the rest of your business.

    Good Luck!

SEO is a long time permanent organic traffic generation system. It needs a lot of works to become the success. You need to hire various types of SEO experts for your project. A single person can't complete all SEO works.

Yes.. nothing is automated.... especially in technical field... If you have number of projects then yes you need to hire a proper SEO Expert who know what to do? when to do? and how to do?

Well if you can afford to hire an expert with tons of experience, by all means, go for it. There is nothing wrong with that. I had zero knowledge or experience in SEO when I first started out, and I was not exactly in a position to take the time to acquire working knowledge asap. So I outsourced my SEO for a couple of months.
If you happen to be working with financial constraints, then hiring/outsourcing should eb out of the question. SEO is something that you can do by yourself. It is not rocket science, as I later came to discover, you just need time and practice to get good at it.

SEO definitely needs someone working at least a few hours per day, non-stop. That's what makes the difference when competing for anything not just SEO, extra work. You can either hire a Virtual Assistant or do the work yourself, it needs to be done.

Yes of course SEO really needs man power. If you are looking to bring your projects on top of your search results, then definitely you must hire a person. If you go for any SEO agency cost would be too high. So I would prefer you to go for virtual assistant companies in India. They will take care of your SEO related tasks in a good manner and once you are not satisfied you can get your money back.

I don't think so you need a manpower. It's depend on how many projects are there. If you have more projects then you need a manpower.

For a business project, it's always better to hire a professional. SEO is complex work which often requires full-time commitment, so if you're not very well practiced in its techniques (not just the basics but real in-depth knowledge), it's much better to leave it to someone who is an expert. If it's a small, personal project and you already know the basics, it could be a good opportunity to learn more.
