Comments on "Nowfloat" local SEO product?

I have recently seen this product called "Nowfloat" it looks like they are creating the sites like some web 2.0 platform and using they dynamic searches to create the pages and indexing them.

I have seen some sites to rank using this strategy. I wonder how the duplicate content is not an issue here. And how they are creating those site searches with schema?

    Those dynamic doorway pages have "unique" content (probably scrapped and spun from different websites), which gives them a bit of catch-up on the short term.
