do we still need some massive backlinks building for our blogger.com blogs to rank high in search engines? i mean, blogger.com is owned by Google, so it follows that Google will give much importance to their own product and give it much weight in PR.. i think..

what can you say?

    Hi 2d0k,

Blogger.com will produce search engine friendly URLs and you will get your blog indexed quickly, but the same rules apply to your Blogger.com blogs as any other website. You still need to select the right keywords and use them properly within your articles and you still need to promote your pages like you would need to on any other blogging platform.

As long as your blogs have fresh written content on it then it has a higher chance of getting indexed. Search engines likes fresh relevant content.

Being indexed does not automatically imply high rankings. Adding more content means making the blog (more) relevant to more search terms, but other things being equal, using Blogger as the platform does not provide any head start.
