Hello all this is my first post so if i`m missing any info out please let me know.

I have a few sites that i play about with as a hobby, altho the sites have adsense and amazon wigets ect they dont make any money...

for example, i have ledgu10.co.uk which gets at least 40 hits every day and is top of uk google for led gu10 and in top 3 of google.com for the same search it makes absolutly nothing... i have tried putting adsense and wigets in other places but have had no success.

I would like to have many more developed sites as i have quite alot of .co.uk domains doing nothing.

as i`m a COMPLETE NOVICE i may be doing something wrong that hopefully you could help me with..

thanks for any help you can give

I clicked on the link called "Led Edison Screw Fitting" on the home page. It took me to a list of bulbs, NONE of which was an Edison screw fit. In fact, all the links seem to go to the same place. I think you need to think in terms of a sales funnel, narrowing down choices so that within 3 clicks the visitor is faced with a buying decision.

Keep the choices down to a small number. Get rid of google ads. Maybe even get rid of ebay until you have the amazon thing down pat.

Find out from amazon what are the top selling led bulbs and showcase them home page, centre stage with direct links to checkout. People who look for "led gu 10" probably know exactly what they want, so show it to them and ask for the order.

In fact, go through the amazon buying experience as far as the "place order" button and try to mimick it. If I am buying here is what I expect:
first page: broad group of light bulbs (like your home page without the distractions)
second page: i cliclk on one group, I see a list of specific models with prices, quantity text field and 'add to cart'
    third page: checkout.

It must not be more complicated than that.
