Lightweight WP SEO Plugin for Editing Metadata?

Hey guys,
I've added my site to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, and both are yammering that I don't have metadata descriptions.
I try to avoid YOAST, since I don't need 90% of what it does (GA, sitemaps, etc.), because I do it ether manually, or I have a simple plugin instead.
I wonder, is there lightweight plugin out there for editing metadata descriptions, that you'd recommend?
