What is a Link Wheel?

Can someone in detail explain what and how a link wheel is used?

Im guessing this is an important step to success for IM..

    Linkwheel basic structure:

    Site 1 Article:
    *Link to home/money site
    *Link to Site 4 Article

    Site 2 Article:
    *Link to home/money site
    *Link to Site 1 Article

    Site 3:
    *Link to home/money site
    *Link to Site 2 Article

    Site 4:
    *Link to home/money site
    *Link to Site 3 Article

    This can be as as big/long as you want. Some article spinning/submitting software (like SENuke which I use) automate much of this by allowing you to automatically insert a link to your last article. However, you typically still need to "close the loop" on your own, which basically means that you would need to add a link to your last article in your first article (which the software couldn't do since in the 1st article it wouldn't know the URL of your last article).
