Hi all,

If a business or organization is suffering from the negative comments and reviews then what be done in order to decrease the negative impact?

    1) Figure out why the business is getting such bad reviews and fix the service or product being offered. If you are offering customers garbage, expect garbage reviews.

    2) Reputation management. You need to create properties that you control and get them ranking on page one of search terms relating to the business and/or product name. You want to control every listing on page one.

    It is better to contact people who give your company negative comments and communicate. Communication is a very critical when it comes to recovering from negative comments.
