Multi-Language Site

Hi guys

I plan to work on a new website which will support 2 languages - english and turkish language.
Basically it's the same content in english that I want to translate to Turkish language.

What is the best way to go about this so that it isnt counted as duplicate content?
secondly, how should my domain be structured?

1. domain.com/TR OR
2. tr.domain.com

Would be great to receive some advice!

You can add Google Translate to your site. Google provides a script to put on your website that takes care of this automatically.

  Just that - @Adam - would you go ahead with this option if you were me?
  
  Or hiring a person who can write in turkish language on domain.com/TR would be a better option?
  
  Just that I'll have to maintain 2 wordpress websites and keep it maintained parallel along with plugins and what not. Indeed this will be a task but just trying to figure out what's the best in long term.
  
  It's been a while since i was out of the IM scene but can catch up with 'new' things faster than average joe.

I would just put the translation feature on the site and Google will literally translate it to any language.

If you want to rank separately in the Turkish search engine, I would create a whole new domain for it and have it translated.
