    Fred penalized websites that had little to no original, helpful content - ones that seemed to only exist to exist for earning money through affiliate links.

    Create fantastic, informative pages that help people thoroughly understand the product and how it is better or worse than other similar products. Make your pages the best ones on the web for describing the product. And, of course, make sure they are written with far better English and grammar than the question that was posted here.

        What I suggested will help with Fred and pretty much anything an algorithm could throw your way as far as on-page SEO goes. Everything in the algorithm is designed to bring forth the very best search results. It may not do that all the time but that is what they are trying to accomplish. Make your pages the best on the internet for the information you are targeting and you'll do just fine.

        Look at your pages and ask yourself if that is really the best information about the subject on the internet. Is it well written? Is it extremely helpful and unique or does it just list some generic information people can find anywhere about an affiliate product? If not, you know what you need to do.

    Google Fred is not the basis to rank your website. Optimize your site pages for your target audience will do. This will take your site into the next level of the performance.
