I use a cpanel host, and everytime I create a new domain it automatically assigns it to http://domain.com; how do I get it to display and be http://www.domain.com without creating duplicate the content?
How can I check if duplicate content is being creating with the "http://www." versus "http://" on my server? And how do I fix it? I believe this is called canonical domain name or something.
