My blog has three external links, One of my client link which is dofollow and other two links are nofollow but going very low authority sites.

Is it good strategy or Google can pick this promotional strategy (paid)

Thanks,

Why in the world would you nofollow links on your blog? Nofollow means you are telling Google that you do not trust those sites and do not want to pass on any authority or anchor relevance to them. So why link to them at all?

It will be pretty slow compared to other techniques. It depends on the Anchor text you are using as well (I assume you are using your brand name which is fine but I have seen some companies have random anchors and therefore mess up there own SEO).

I would recommend doing PBN links or reaching out for guest posting, both ways would be faster but PBN's are usually the best due to being able to control them better. If you don't want to have to create them though They are drip feed and look natural but again it's up to you.

Thanks a lot Caleb! Actually what I thought is that Google can count it as buying links. Because you are giving one website as dofollow who is paying you and others no follow who do not pay you.

Honestly I suggest youy that it is very bad strategy. If you follow the new rule then you can realize. The new rule says that-
1.Link building with 'Rented' paid links
    2.Use of paid permanent link
    3.Automatic link purchase and generation
    4.link spamming via Bookmarking service
    5.Creation of microsites,satellites,PBNs
6.Link spamming in Directories and Listings
7.Automatic link posting on blogs and forums
8.Purchase of any forum signature links
