When did Google start displaying Serps like this?

Noticed this today when reviewing my stats. My site is listed as a video result and even has a nice thumbnail of the video but it is on my domain. I was not aware Google did this, when did this start? It is a nice advantage to have this IMO.

It is NOT on all of my serp results for other pages although the video is on every page. Whats up with that? This was from a search someone used to find my page. They had all searches selected and not just videos....

Anyone know whats up with this, this is the first I have noticed it. How can I get all of the pages to show that video snippet in the serps?

    I use Amazon S3 servers for the videos. Static stuff is on site.

      How so, this video is not on Youtube and I have nothing from Youtube on my site at all.

    Did anyone also notice Wikipedia's serps in Google? I noticed some have hyperlinks inside the description? Just came across that today, don't know how long thats been about!
