Hey! Cool repair business (I used to have one) and in Ottawa / Montreal! (I'm from Montreal).

Here's the thing, I took a look at your website and even though it looks really nice, the background video starts off showing some weird machine in black that doesn't tell me much. I'd start the video where you see the phone getting repaired (otherwise it doesn't really look like a cellphone repair site).

I'm going to go off track here but... if you're ONLY going to operate in Canada (Ottawa / Montreal) then consider getting the .ca version of the website and using that as your primary website (instead of the .com). You'll get about a 20% boost in rankings JUST for having the .ca extension in Canada.

The downside is... well, you'll have a hard time ranking the domain in the USA if ever you wanted to expand into a franchise model. (But at that point, you could always start using the .com)

Anyhow, back to the original question, the best way to get that site ranking will be to get backlinks from both local newspapers / websites AND cell phone repair sites.

I see icons of CTVnews and so forth on your website... but where you mentioned there? If so, then do you have a link?

One way that might work well for you is to sign up as an expert on HelpAReporter and help journalists whenever they have cell phone related questions (I'm sure there are quite a few). You'll get a link back from major publications every time you help a reporter.

Another could be writing a guide (and sharing it) on how to repair cell phones. If you do a good job (and present) something unique, I could see that getting quite a few shares & links.

Are there "at home" tricks you can use? For instance, it might be a cool idea to make a guide about using rice to absorb moisture in the event that you drop your phone in water.
