I'll keep this short - quite simply i want to know

How do you go about using dofollow social bookmarking site's to get backlinks to get your article's to google's frontpage

Do you bookmark to many site's all at once - i find this blasts your article to No. 1 position, but then it's just disappears or

Bookmark your article to only a few site's a day - i find this doesn't really do anything and is too slow and unfeasible especially if you have 100's of articles

What are your techniques for doing this. Also i know about long tail keywords so we don't need to cover them. The problem is EVERYBODY knows about long tail keywords.

I also want to know - Should i submit my article's to other directories other than EZA and do i submit the same article or change it. This might seem like a stupid question but i am still confused about this duplicate content thing.

Thanks for your time

To get your article to the first page of google it would be a good idea if social bookmarking was only one part of your backlinking strategy. There are many other things you can do too.

Submit rss feeds, submit articles to other directories to link back to your main article, blog commenting, blog posting, pod cast directories, video sites, there are a million places to get backlinks from and it's best if your backlinking strategy is diverse.

Backlink the **** out of them I think that creating backlinks is great for articles. I currently have 1 article that is on the 1st page of google for a keyword with 320.000 competitors in quotation marks. I only got there through creating some backlinks. I think I created about 70 until now which is not a lot I think and that article is still going thorugh a lot of googles dirty dancing.

    Hello everybody.

About Backlinks, a lot of social bookmarking websites and video websites have nofollow links. It will help to rank in google with no-follow links?

Try to create backlinks with blog comments or using angelas monthly backlink pakets. This would be enough I think.

I have just found an ezine article on the first page of google that I was thinking of trying to beat. When I performed a search to see how many backlinks it had I found it had 598 !! Upon closer inspection I saw that most of these where links from Russia that had no relevance to the niche. How do you compete with that when Google ranks it at P1 Pos3?

Easy! Just do what the other guy did. Create backlinks with your targeted keyword as anchor text. Be sure that your article contains your keyword once in the very beginning, once in the body, and another time iin the ending part of your article.

Just create backlinks to it and it will help you rank better. If you want you can check out Terry's Backlinking experiment here on the forum.
