hello, i tell you a special way to do keyword research go to google adwords then enter keyword planner after going keyword planner select search keyword. enter your category, website name and word after giving search you become able to do get best low competitive highest searched keyword. thank you

For this work you can use these tools:

-Ahrefs
-SEMrush
-Serp watcher
-Rank checker by google
-Serp's keyword rank checker.
But the thing is these tools are not totally free you have pay for any of it to get better result from it.

Samrush doesn't always provide you the exact ranking of your targeted keywords, but you can find out manually for a couple of keywords. If you have a large list of keywords & URL's then Ahref is good tool to go with.
