Hi there SEO friends!

I've used Google Keyword Planner on my free account for researching keywords for a few years now.

However, about 2 weeks ago I discovered that my GKP didn't work as normal.

It only showed a few, never more than five keywords. Is it a google update? Or It was my mistake guys?

Google Keyword Planner doesn't show all the info if you are not an adwords ad campaign user.

You need to find a paid keyword tool to do that such as SEMrush.

If you aren't a paying, ad campaign user, it won't show you all of the results. Another way Google drains us of our finances. I'm trying to find other services that will give me the same results without having to spend as much as I am with Adwords.

You should try a paid keyword research tool because GKP doesn't give the actual details. You can try long tail pro. It's an award-winning keyword research program. You can also try for some free alternatives like keywords everywhere chrome extension and ubersuggests.io website by neil patel.

Google has updated a new keyword planner which allows you to insert only 3 keywords for search related queries. But as per search results, there is no such problem occurring like that in Google Adwords.

According to my personal experience I have not faced such problem yet. It may be for a particular topic or keyword what you research.

You should know that Google shows all information and exact keyword suggestion for paid user. So I would like to suggest that you can use paid research tools such as SEMrush, moz and many others.
