So I'm still learning basic SEO at the moment, and have a few questions about backlinks to make sure I am using them correctly.

I've got Angelas backlinks right now, and I made an account at the available sites and posted 1 url there. However, I have 9 new websites that I want to get backlinks to. Do I post 9 URLS under 1 account in my bio boxes/blogs? Or do I create separate accounts for each URL?

Also, how do you guys(and gals) manage to make so many backlinks a day? Don't you have to create a new email address for every new account you make at these websites?

    Hello Burtgummer,

Never post more than 3 urls in a single profile. Otherwise, your profile will look spammy to the webmasters and they will take them down in less than a week's time. I can guarantee that

You need to create separate profiles in each of the sites and put a custom written bio with 3-4 sentences, just like you craft your resource box for ezine. Also, make sure that you upload a profile pic, fill in all the details and do everything possible to make the profile look natural.

However, you don't need to create individual emails for each of these profiles. Use gmail for your emails. Gmail does not consider dots for incoming emails. That means myname@gmail.com and my.name@gmail.com will go to the same inbox. You can add dots in your email while creating multiple profiles and get away with it.

NOOOOOO!!!(said in slow motion like the movies

If you have 9 urls on each site, that is akin to wearing a red clown suit around town and hoping not to get noticed(one of my fav analogies)

That will not look normal to google

Only do 1 URL per site. Even if you do 3 URLS, if you have 30 profiles with the same 3 URLS on them, that will look funny to google and they will penalize you. Trust me. I tried that

Outsource your backlinks...its the only way to go

Outsourcing it out of the question right now. With 9 sites that I want backlinks with, I would have to shell out a pretty penny. I'd happily do it when I know I'll get some ROI (and when I've got enough to invest), but I haven't seen any yet in my IM ventures. This is an Adsense venture right now, and I'll sell the websites if they don't make good Adsense income....but still, they need some income to sell. It's based off the website flipping guide that a warrior has posted on here.

Well, FWIW, you can outsource and get quality work done for $$2.50/hr at odesk and other places

I tell my people, if you are doing the backlinking instead of outsourcing, you are doing $2.50 hr work...it doesn't have to be expensive

I think maybe people are answering a different question from your intent. In these parts, a typical question involving how many backlinks to put in a profile, is a reference to building backlinks by putting putting links to your sites in the profile pages of certain web 2.0 and forum sites. In such cases, putting 9 URLs is certainly frowned apart in these parts. To be honest, i'm not sure if I buy into the whole google will think it looks unnatural comment that was stated above, but it certainly may get a profile axed by the site admins when they see the profile as it definitely looks spammy. I personally put 2-3 URLs.

Now, based upon your resource box point below, are we talking about articles? If that's the case, put in 2-3 links, whatever is allowed.

I'm not talking about articles. Just High PR sites that you can get from Angela's packet. I just want to know the best way to create Backlinks for 9 sites using the 30 sites from this months packet.

For backlinks you could always try submitting your RSS feeds on RSS directories using software. Same goes for articles. Submit them and send to multiple directories.

Others are able to build backlinks fast because of two things. 1. OUtsourcing, 2. Automation.

Try investing in some decent submitter. I think our fellow warrior Big Mike has some of the best ones.

    All the best

You got your answer above you

3 backlinks per account, so you gotta make 3 separate accounts.

Really though, not as hard as you think.
