Hello Member !!!

I am looking for the answer of this question from a long time. I was looking at the backlinks of a client website the other day and I see from the yellowpages there are lot of backlinks but most of them are like search results backlink. (I am not sure whether I used this term right or not).

When a user perform a search in yellow pages such as (service + arizona). The Yellowpages show a number of results and within this results client website comes up under top 5 results and this url giving a backlink to client website.

This is happening for many other searches as well such as(best + services+ arizona) and so on.

I was wondering whether these backlinks are good or not, should I keep them or simply disavow them.

Thanks

There is nothing wrong with those kind of links because they are not really backlinks. They link to an internal page on yellowpages.com with more information about the business.

Even if they did link to the actual websites, they would still not be "bad" links because they are editorially placed. You cannot place those links, yourself, on their website.
