I would stay away from building links from the same hosting account.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I believe it's best to go completely white hat when it comes to backlinks. Google is getting better everyday at identifying poor quality / spammy backlinks and the last thing you want to have happen is to get penalized by an update.

However, if you still wish to go down the old grey hat PBN (Private Blog Network) road, I have heard great things about a company called The Hoth.

I'm not sure which service I bought, but I tried the Hoth once, and I'll never do it again. Talk about old school gray hat tactics, none of the articles they "wrote" were possible to read without wanting to bash your head against a concrete wall.

If you are going to do the PBN thing, step #1 is to create a unique persona on a unique hosting account for each PBN site and write quality content instead of garbage.

A better option is to just focus on making your site better for users and doing outreach to earn links.

dude, you would be wasting your money and time if you use websites on same IP. Google will ignore them or worse deindex them. If it was that easy eveybody would be doing it!

Private PBN built in a certain way is the sensible and safe way to go. I can tell you how and where to do this properly if you are interested.

You shouldn't do it. Google will be easily identify them and consider them as a way of "blackhat" link building and more chance to get penalty. Shouldn't do it.

Depends on what result you want.

I'm assuming you want to rank your website higher. No, backlinks on the same server don't "count" in Google's eyes.
