Adding non-local services to a local business website

I have a health care clinic and my website is ranking well with the targeted keywords.
I want to add some new services and products but I have some questions about it.
My business is (has been) local in Canada, so I am using Geo-targeting since my server is in the US. But the new services are non-local (i.e. a kind of therapy that can be done through skype, some DVDs etc.)
For those services, I don't just need Canadian (and local) customers/clients. Actually it is better if many people anywhere in the world found about us. But it does not seem like you can Geo-target page by page if I'm not mistaken. So what is the best thing I can do here?
Is it better to stop Geo-targeting? If so how much impact would/could it have for the current rankings? Should I choose which is more important etc.?
