Lost traffic after most visited page was offline for 4 days

I didn't know it was offline. After noticing that my traffic was down on normal, I went investigating the matter upon which I noticed that somehow this page was unpublished (in draft), which I definitely wasn't responsible for, so what I would like to know is how long SERPs for something like this takes to come back given it was returning 404 for only four days. I have of course since republished it on the same url.
It is not only the main traffic page but also has some pretty decent inbound links (about a couple of hundred), which should help not only this particular page but also the site as a whole.

    Assuming your talking about organic traffic, do you know if Google has crawled the page after you republished it?

      Yes, it is organic traffic. How would I know for sure whether Google has recrawled it? I do get traffic to it at a much lower number than a few days ago just prior to the page returning 404. Google does fetch it in the search console. I also have a Google XML sitemap which notifies both Google and Bing.

        The Google cache date is proof Google has reindexed the page.

        Check the cache by adding cache: to the front of your problem page URL and search it on Google/Chrome, example:

        cache:www.warriorforum.com
        My advice, double check, make sure the page is online (right now) and then go to webmaster tools and Fetch the problem page URL. That will send Google bot to the problem page for reindexing.

        It will still take a few days to see the page move back up the SERPs.

        No guarantees, but should be ok assuming the links are followed authority links.

    Should be fine.

    It will take Google a few days to reindex/cache the page again.
