For created backlinks, you don't have to worry much about the speed at which you go.

For earned backlinks, if you have traffic on your website, you shouldn't worry much about it. Even if you want to go fast, (if and only if) you do things properly (good SEO either with white hat or black hat techniques), you won't be able to go fast enough so that it looks suspicious and spammy.

If a site goes viral, it can get 1000's of links a day. Search engines don't penalize them for that.

If you are trying to create backlinks to your site, I would suggest you not to use any GSA software or even money robot to be precise.

If Google finds out something suspicious about your site, they will disavow it forever and you might not get your website indexed on Google ever again.
