If I've got a keyword called ttoill, but www.ttoill.com is taken

Which is the better url to use:

www.ttoillBestReviews.com or www.BestttoillReviews.com?

(Kindly note that ttoille is not the actual keyword, but just used here to illustrate my question)

Many Thanks,

Kirk

Problem is both are taken too!

BTW please note that ttoill is not the actual keyword, but only used for illustrative purposes.

Ok, but here's what I'm unsure of:

since www."keyword".com is taken, if I use www."Keyword"BestReviews.com then I still have "keyword" as the first part of my url.

    Now how about www.Best"Keyword"Reviews.com ?

While "Keyword" is no longer the first part of my url the language will resonate with anyone doing a search. In fact a searcher may be more quickly drawn to www.Best"Keyword"Reviews.com rather www."Keyword".com simply because of the word Best.

However what I'm unsure of is how the url I choose will show up when a seach is done just for "Keyword", because this knowledge will dictate which is the best url to use,

    Hope this explanation makes sense

He there, I would advise you to place your keyword at the beginning of your domain name and be economical on adding any words that are not part of your keyword phrase.

    For example, try "keyword-hq"

The "hq" is short for "headquarters" and should be instantly recognizable without diluting your keyword value as much as something like "best reviews"

That's a good point, because too many words after the main keyword are a bit confusing to Google on which one is how important... "best reviews" or "keyword"

    Thx Clickbump

...Oh Thx is short for Thanks (:-)

    Sorry, I couldn't resist!

I intuitively felt that the keyword should be at the front but had not considered the dilution factor, so thanks for the education.

    Best Rgds,

I agree with Clickbump keyword should be the first thing a viewer sees. I have also used - dashes if the original keyword phrase was already taken & have not had a problem with them.
    IE: ttoill-Best-Reviews.com

I had not thought of that clickbump adding abreviations to shorten unneccessary long keyword sentances . Thats a great idea! Thx :->

    Cheers
