Symbols displayed on Google result snippets

Hello!
After being searching for a solution and couldn't find anything I write here this weird case.
A few weeks ago I wanted to add some symbols to the Titles and MetaDescriptions of some pages. They are symbols that I know google will show up because I saw it on more results.
After that Google never showed up my symbols. They appear on the code of my site as you can see on the picture but never on Google results.
I have try to change it with different symbols, add it with unicode, etc.
