Wix is solid but the best platforms for SEO are Magento, Shopify and Woocommerce.

Wix is an online platform to create an online free website. Wix is using by many users & still, their users are happy with their features.

So you can go with Wix.

Well wix is good and gives you plenty of options to customize. Its E-commece platform is solid but not the best. For an e commerce i suggest you to either choose Magento or Shopify.

I do learn these as part of my Social Media and Web Design Marketing class 2 years ago as part of my government's national learn-and-master-future-skills program.

Like any other platform be it Blogger or Wordpress, you need to play around and learn what works and what does not in creating sites consistently or just improvising and marketing ONE.

Before you decide whether Wix is worth your time and effort eventually.

Pretty much every platform has a free trial. Why not take advantage of those and see which one works best for your particular situation?

In my opinion, Shopify is better than Wix. If you want to create an e-commerce portal then don't choose Wix CMS. Shopify and Magento have better features. Now your budget, your thoughts.

Wix is good. Depends what you are selling. Is it a product based or service based eCommerce? Also look at Shopify and Woocommerce.

Nah forget Wix, go Wordpress, bit more to it (with regards to things you need/need to learn), but a lot more flexible. Wix will hold you back at some point

Wix is one of the respected platform in website creation. So , yes wix is safe. Also, do opt for SSL certificate as soon as your website is ready. Wix has some "core" SEO built into the dashboard. What is called "on-page" or "essential" SEO is included. This includes meta tags, custom URLs, alt tags for images, 301 redirects, SSL encryption, some social tools, and sitemaps. There are also options for connecting Google search console and analytics to your Wix dashboard. This makes Wix SEO okay for (really) small business, blogs, and personal websites.

Thank you very much. Very helpful information. If possible, I would like to share the service I use https://gapsystudio.com/ . I can say that the guys are very qualified specialists, perform their work efficiently and on time. The quality can be judged by their portfolio. I ordered a logo from them and they helped in the design for the mobile app.

I'd recommend checking other platforms that were developed for the only purpose of setting an e-commerce store.

Wix is good, but I don't think it's a scalable option for an eCommerce store.

Its good but since you dont have complete control over it so I would skip it.
Its for someone who doesnt have enough knowledge and doesnt wants to hire a designer to go overboard in future.

So if you plans are just to run a normal eCommerce website then its good but if you want to have customizations in future then better to go for woocommerce.
