Is taking down everything affecting SEO ?

Hi Fellow Warrior,
I'm working for a company in the health industry, which has a really healthy website.
  • Good Social authority
  • Good organic ranking
  • really healthy links

Today my boss announced to me that we need to Unpublish our Facebook page, block the visitor IP of the country that brings us the most organic result.

Basically, he has a ministery health control on the 19 of August and he doesn't want the government to ee our company website. as his company is not registered at the same name then the website.

How that will affect SEO?
Also, if it affects which I think it might, what would be the less armful way you will use if you were in my position?
