Crawlers only read the JavaScript on the website.

Hi everyone.
First time here. Hope to learn with you guys and someday can teach and help others.
My question here is that the Crawlers can't read my HTML website. When I try to use some SEO tools on the marketing, like SEMRUSH | SIXTRIX | ScreamingFrog, what appears to me is that the bot only read a Javascript file.
Every time even to see the speed of my website [link removed by moderator] only appears the JavaScript.
Do you guys know how to fix that? Do you guys need more explanation?
