corrupted results in search engine

Hi everyone, new here...
One of the sites my team is working on started showing corrupted search results all of a sudden and seemingly some japanese text started appearing.
I cannot disclose the site at this moment, but someone please tell me what this problem is and how to resolve.
appreciate the help. as per my knowledge its some sort of a malware or cloaking from another site..

    One of my client faced same types of issue few months before ...... In Google results are coming in another language. When i checked his code manually then find that there are some code injection issue like malware. They fix a script type code in header section and after remove them all things was fine.


    So according to my experience you should check code according to result ... means if title is in corrupt format then check in code something different than your code and remove them.
