How do I properly index my site. I keep making this mistake

So I have my website submitted on Google and verified. But I don't know if this is necessary but what I do after writing a new post is I submit the URL to Google search console to be indexed.
But now that's making a mess with a long list of different URLs on my property.
I have tried indexing using my domain so whenever I post a new article it automatically gets indexed but what happens each time I try to do this, is the txt file I add to my domain somehow messes with my name server and switches it back to the default name server instead of pointing to the hosting account I use.
So this makes my site go offline.

Is there something I am not doing right or I always have to manually submit the URL of every post Everytime.

    if you want that your post should be index automatically whenever you will post, than fiosrt check have you sitemap on your website and if it is , than have you fetch on google search console, because it's most important to your website to have a sitemap. so that if google come on your website again that he can index all the pages which non index yet.

    and if this idea doesn't work for you than you can check error o search console.

    I do nothing to properly index my sites.

    If you want to give Google new urls, you give it updated sitemaps.

    I cannot even begin to understand how adding a txt file changes nameservers.

    Sentence sound like it's translated by Google from gibberish
    because "name server" have nothing to do with anything but
    where your site is located and now to find it.

    Would you mind to try again to explain what exactly you're trying to say?

    If you are using wordpress, intall yoast plugin and go to XML site map. When you go to site map you need to copy the URL of site map and paste it on the search console. You need to locate the place "submit site map" on your google search console. It work like a charm.
