Looks like Google gave Yahoo a PR 5 instead of a 9 now. Strange things happening lately.

I didnt believe it myself so I just had to check..sure enough PR 5..could be just updating though and it will go back up soon...we shall see...very strange though

I think you guys need to remember that when sites like this drop so far in page rank it hurts everybody. If you have listings in the yahoo directory which have a pr6 or better then your site is likely to lose some points as well. Page Rank comes from all the sites listed on the internet so if most of the major sites drop this will funnel down to all the other sites which rely on them to keep their page rank up.

Yahoo ranking dropped dramatically, I think their traffic and backlinks must be some how far less than before!

You guys can out rank yahoo.com with a PR 6 website , that's great!

  No, they are still PR9, it's just the new page they are testing is PR5. What an ugly new page btw... Anyone got a better homepage to use?

I guess they are ticked off with yahoo opting to go with Microsoft Ad network
