I have an ebook review program where I have written more than 200 reviews about individual ebooks(health, spiritual, etc). When it comes to developing backlink and I consider my product name as my keyword and as I've just told you that I have hundreds of product, so do I need to target each page and develop backlinks for that? Please give me the idea.

You don't need to target each page at starting. For now, focus on your main keyword and do some basic backlinks. Then you can get some guest post too.

Focus on writing great content and once you have great content it will be easier to present your writing to more authoritative sites in your niche for guest posts. You can also syndicate your articles.

Many authoritative sites will accept content that you published on your site. The idea is for them to use the canonical tag which shows you are the original author so that it doesn't appear as duplicate content for the search engines.

You can link to both, the front page and also any page of your choice on your resource section at the bottom of your article.

Maybe you can make a summary of each review and distribute it with 2 backlinks to your website. One backlink to your homepage and one deeplink to the webpage on which your full review can be found.
