Can I use + sign in website menu?

Hi,

Can I use + sign in the website menu such as - "Account Planning + Strategy". If I use + sign, Is there any issue from the SEO standpoint.

If the "+" sign made any difference, you'd have a lot of ad agencies changing the names of their business pretty fast lol

Using a + sign won't cause any issue from the point of SEO. If you feel it looks odd then you can simply use a & symbol instead of + sign.

personally, i think it's better not to use a "+".
but in terms of seo should not affect
