Why I can't see who's online now (right now)?

I just see: users in last 30 minutes.

        If there is not one visiting your site when you are looking at the analytics, Google has nothing to show you. It can only show you who visited the site earlier, the previous day, the previous week, the previous year. But it will show 0 visitors for when there are 0 visitors.


        If you have visitors, look more often, you'll surely catch one or two visitors in the act.


        If someone visits your site Tuesday at 3:13 PM and you look at 3:13PM or shortly thereafter (within 30 minutes), you see them in the 'who's online now' part. If you look later, or before 3:13, you don't see them.

    I was curios to know what might the importence be for knowing who is online right now.

    I tried to research it on the Google support site however I could not find the solution.

    If, see who is online now is not an option, than Google must have left it out for a good reason.

    You can see who is on right now. It also shows you who has been online in the last 30 minutes.
