Help Launching a New SEM Product

My group is going to be launching a new SEM product (SaaS based application that is using innovative keyword algorithms and provides users with campaign optimization and management tools) and want to get feedback on current practices, experiences, etc. from people who use Adwords and other PPC services.
We are looking to hear about your experience with the tools/consulting/agencies you are currently using (or not) and why. We also want to know what we can include (or how we can price) our product that will make our product more attractive than what you are currently using.
