Help regarding blog commenting on WP blogs

I've been building links through blog commenting for about 6 months now and on many various domains, never had any problem with wordpress blogs much and commenting with various domains having a single IP address. They all used to get approved and I was happy with it. 1-2 months back, one site was constantly being sent to Akismet and I figured it out that I may have stepped on to a blog for comments which didn't have any keyword-related comments. I never spam any blog, I spend my time and give the best answer I can relating to the post but anyways, after that thing happened to me, I've got Proxy Package now and just few days ago, I went to comment on WordPress blog with 1 ip and same URL, the comment approved and went into moderation. After 5-10 minutes, I changed IP and cleared my cookies and went on another wordpress blog which I know approves comments instantly, nothing displayed and it might have gone to akismet.

Now I don't know what's the real problem I am having, I mean I comment really seriously and it drives me nuts to see that a blog has 5-10 one-liners spammy comments and when I spend my time and write some 5-6 lines of a good comment, only to see it go labeled as spam because I don't see any moderation message or comment instantly.

Should I keep ONE IP address for each domain and not play with different ips on the same domain? How do you guys do it?

May be you should try to contact Contact Us Akismet

See what do they response to your case...

If not, try use other backlinking method, profile type links work very well for me, why not try it?

There are Angela, Paul, Terry, Steven, Mike and mine backlink packages you can try, and the cheapest is Angela, only $5 / month.

I had almost every WSOs backlinks, they are easy to setup and I usually see result in 3 weeks.

Yes, I also think same way. you need to contact Akismet. Tell them the problem and see what reply will come for that.

    I do use Angela's & Paul's packages.

I mean people it makes me wonder, as I just said it's happening with different domains not just 1 particular (I know one site is banned so I don't submit any more comments on WP blogs), And how come Akismet catches me when just 10 minutes ago it allowed me to comment for the same domain on a very popular blog and blocking me on other. Some of the admins are kind enough to go into the spam folder and take out the good comments and mark them as normal.

I know for that 1 site I can't contact Akismet because it was my own fault to land on a personal WP blog and leave a link with keywords. But all other sites are not in Akismet but it just behaves strangely after I make my first comment of the day and then move on for the second comment.

    You can check these:

    1. Your IP, all site on same IP?
    2. Do you suspect any competitor submit your site and email address for you with some automated tool to get you into Akismet??

Why not try to contact akismet first? I think if someone try to sabotages you is easy, they just need to pretend is you and send out tons of spam to get you into trouble.

I think contacting akismet and ask them this, how do they counter it...

I had a site flagged as spam by Akismet before, when I wasn't spamming at all. They flag the domain, so it doesn't matter what IP or email address you are using, if I remember correctly. You CAN actually contact Akismet and get it worked out though. They were very helpful when I needed to do this, but that may be because my site clearly wasn't spam, and I explained the situation to them. Good luck!

By the way, have you used blog commenting to simply supplement your link building efforts? Or is it the main tool in your arsenal? If it is, I'd be interested in hearing how your site(s) perform as a result of a strong blog commenting campaign.
