Need some help with Adwords conversion tracking...

I'm currently tracking when someone views the order page and when someone makes an order. I'm assuming that if someone views the order page and then completes the order then this would be counted as 2 many-per-click conversions. Correct?
The odd thing is that one of my keywords shows 3 many-per-click conversions. How is this possible when I'm only tracking the order page and the completed order page? Not only that but it shows in my Clickbank account that no sale was made either.
Any help would be appreciated.
