Problem with removing local business account

Hello all, I am trying to help someone delete his GMB. His profile is showing on google but when I log into the GMB it is not showing that he has an active account so this is a mystery, what can we do to remove his profile and listing from the net please?

    if it's not active try to email google about it or ask them to take them the gmb post regarding your business.

    I tried a second time yesterday evening and I was able to get it done via the "suggest an edit" feature on the Profile page, thanks.
