    1, 2, 3, 4 together can be a strategy; if each is well executed, you'll get a boost.



    Analytics and tracking do not, by themselves, boost anything.



    Local SEO is useful, if you're after local clients only. And it is not a strategy...


    Combining keyword research (part of SEO), with content creation (say, skyscraper method), followed up by broken link method and outreach to websites you want links from is a strategy.


    Start by reading backlinko.com posts and Bruce Clay's Silos for SEO post. You'll have a better idea of what strategies work.
