If I want to make all these posts NO Index, will that affect my SEO Results Good Or Bad?

good: as I removed 100's of non unique duplicate Content from my site

    or

Bad: If after removing them effects my UR Or DR Rating Badly?

Kindly, Advice based on your experience

Ensure that the property address is in the URL and elsewhere
on the page, in the image name and alt description, so that the
property shows up in search results.

You will also be sending the links directly to your clients, right?

Do you advertise and promote your real estate business and web
    address in other ways?

If so, what you are doing is probably sufficient but additional
things that you can do include:

Upload the property image and pertinent facts like size, features,
and amenities to ChatGPT so it can write a detailed description.

Add a blog about home ownership, how to get a mortgage, and
other topics of interest to your buyers.

Read a book about ways to promote your business and carry on.

If you NoIndex duplicate content, it could have both positive and negative effects. On the positive side, removing low-quality, duplicate content improve your site. This can enhance your site's perceived quality and help you build stronger topical authority. However, NoIndexing temporarily impact visibility and the SEO value of any backlinks pointing to those pages. Ideally, rewriting and improving the content.

  • Changing indexed duplicate posts to "no index" is a smart move for your SEO. It helps keep your site free of duplicate content, which can improve your rankings and lead to better search visibility.

  • Removing or de-indexing duplicate content may affect your site in the short term, but it will definitely help you in the future. Because duplicate content doesn't help you, it only harms your site and your ranking.

So, removing or de-indexing duplicate content is definitely a good decision. There is no doubt about it. Even Semrush also suggests the same in their blog about duplicate content.
