Anyone here a paydot product owner?

I created a banner placed it on it's own page on my domain for the purpose of being able to load it to paydot but it will not show in paydot. I have tried .jpg and switched to .gif but still nothing. The picture shows when I go to the url that hosts it on my domain. Can anyone advise?

    You may need to allow hot links or whatever it's called in cPanel. When it is disabled it will stop external websites linking to your images etc. That'll probably be the problem.
