Google showing wrong title

Hi everyone. For some reason my SERP result for one of my keywords is showing the blog posts original title. I changed this title several weeks ago and the new title is not being reflected in the SERPS. How long does it usually take for an update to be shown on your SERPS?

    You could try to:
    1. Submit your XML sitemap in Google Webmaster tool.
    2. Get some inbound links to that blog post.
    3. Stick the exact link to that blog post in your signature here. This forum probably get's indexed a lot more often than your blog.
    4. Bookmark it using some social bookmarking sites.

    This may or may not help. But updating your blog often + getting inbound links can certainly not hurt in the longer run.
