    If I understand your question correctly, you are looking in the source code of a web site to see if the links are "do" or "no" follow, but in the code it doesn't say either of them...

    ... all links by default do not say either of them, the webmaster of the site has to put that code in, it's not automatic.

    I think when there is nothing said, it becomes "do" follow, as it has always been. I don't think there is any difference between nothing being said and "do" follow.

      that is my question,

      look at image above, it means link are nofollow and not pass link juice? is it true?

    Yes, on those sites you wouldn't get any link juice.

    What I meant in my previous post was that if neither "do" or "no" was in the "rel" tag, that you would get link juice.
