When submitting blogs to blog deirectories

Hi Guys

More info needed, I got a list of places to add your blog from here but I am a bit confused how to do it.

All my sites are wordpress sites but with static home pages, do I just add the homepage or do I add the 'blog' page?

It might seem a stupid question but I just want to make sure I do it right.

      I would submit the the blog path. For instance, if you have a site called hxxp://mysite.com, but the blog can be accessed from hxxp://mysite.com/myblog, then I would submit the latter because that is where the blog is located.
