Hey guys, I'm currently sitting number 4 for my search term which a tough one. I've been doing all I can but theres been no change for over 3 weeks now.

At the moment theres the top 3 results, then google shopping results and then me. Is it worth my time and effot to persue this anymore? looking at site number 3 it looks like something I should be able to beat(not sure why I havent already) I've been doing all the usual profile/article links.

What do you guys think? I'm about to move onto making videos today to see if links from those types of sites work.

What are the top 3 sites? If they are a .gov site Wikipedia or another very high profiled site then don't bother your chances of ever passing them are near impossible.

They arnt .gov sites or wiki, one is a big DIY store in the UK and the other two look passible with the first spot having only 538 backlinks and the third around 900. The only thing I notice with these sites is that the age of them is early 2000 would this make a differance?

The first spot has most of its like from a handful of sites and a yahoo listing.. woundering if its worth taking the gamble on getting myself listed.

I'm currently sitting at 921 backlinks myself.

    Thanks,

    Net.

I think if you did a little research you could come up with a handful of long tail search terms that combined equal more traffic than the one you're working so hard on. You should be able to rank quite nicely on these long tail search terms in just a day or two. Just my two cents.

Zach do you target these keywords at the same page, or make new landing page for them?
