What Do You Use For Tracking

I'm not thrilled with Google's own Adword's tracking.

I'd like detailed conversion on keyword level AND
I'd like the conversion tracking to continue through my
Aweber autoresponder series.

How do you do it?

What programs do you use?

I've played with Adtrackz but not too much.

I did like Optimize My Site very much until it was sold.

Soon I am almost sure I will be using Prosper202.
