Can you have RSS feeds for static pages?

I noticed on my wordpress sites that I use a static page as my homepage; when I do a domain/feed that I get a "page not found error"

    No, but your subject does not attract much interest as no one knows what you are looking for, is my guess.

    From what I understand, the RSS does not include the pages, only the posts. I could be wrong as I am no expert, but I read that one time, so I assume it to be true.
