Question about keywords and adwords advertizers #

Hi guys.
I have the following question: i have found some really good keywords i want to target in my (my?) niche, but checking with Marketing Samurai i see NO advertizers. While there is a CPC value per click.
What does that mean ? The traffic is good, the competition is low, the cpc $ is good, but no advertizers for that keyword ?
Can somebody explain this ? Should i go after those keywords ?
