Free step by step guide for creating backlinks

Thanks for the list J,
Question: since the profile pages are protected by password, can google still get in to index these pages? Course if google cannot read them and index them, then do they have any value... Are you getting indexing and backlinks showing up in google when you post a link on a secured profile page?

If I understand profile linking correctly, if you just put a link in your profile it probally wont be found but if you make a couple of posts, google will then see your profile via your name in the post and then will find the link.

No they don't and If you respond by posting and you don't add value in yoru posts you only increase the chance of your links getting moved entirely.

sharing backlinks on a public forum or putting them up on a torrent site for all spammers to get makes the links near worthless over time.
